Enjoy the Elevated Crossover SUV
The Nissan Murano stands out in a crowd of bland competitors in its crossover SUV class, thanks to the V Motion front end, "floating" roof and unique front and rear lights that wrap into the fenders. With such aerodynamic enhancements as front and rear spoilers, air deflectors on the rear tires and a lower shutter grille, the Murano is an artfully designed masterpiece of automotive engineering.
Nissan Murano Features and Technology
Standard amenities on even the introductory Murano models include Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button start, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, three 12V outlets, and reclining rear seats. The 7-inch Advanced Drive-Assist Display sits between the gauges, while an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system includes navigation, Bluetooth® connectivity, a rearview monitor, satellite radio and a six-speaker audio system. The steering wheel features volume and cruise controls, while Vehicle Dynamic Control and Traction Control System help you maintain command even in less-than-ideal circumstances.
Nissan Murano Performance
There's one engine offered for the Murano, but it's a worthy powerplant. This 3.5-liter V6 teams with a smooth Xtronic continuously variable transmission to deliver a responsive, quiet ride that offers all of the power you need to get from Clermont to a leisurely lunch in Lady Lake.
Front-wheel drive is standard, but you can equip your Murano with available all-wheel drive if you choose. Either way, you'll appreciate the fact that the EPA has estimated the Murano to achieve city fuel efficiency of 21 mpg and 28 mpg on the highway.
Nissan Murano Trim Levels
The Murano is offered in your choice of four trim levels, with each adding to or improving on the offerings of the one that came before.

- Base Comes with the standard features that we've already listed above, making it one of the best values offered in its segment.
- SV adds remote start, power-adjustable front seats, rear cross traffic alert and blind spot monitoring to the standard features found on the S model. There's a Premium package available for this trim that includes heated front seats, a panoramic moonroof, an 11-speaker Bose audio system, adaptive cruise control, driver drowsiness monitoring and a 360-degree camera.
- SL includes leather upholstery, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, the 11-speaker Bose audio system, driver drowsiness monitoring, adaptive cruise control, hands-free power liftgate and the 360-degree camera. You can choose to add an available panoramic moonroof.
- Platinum comes with the hands-free power liftgate, panoramic moonroof, ventilated front seats and a power-adjustable steering wheel.
