The 2025 Nissan LEAF was engineered to deliver exciting all-electric performance with impressive efficiency and real-world MPGe. Although Nissan has yet to release official MPGe estimates, the zero-emissions 2025 Nissan LEAF is expected to produce an EPA fuel economy rating of around 109-111 combined MPGe, 121-123 city MPGe and 98-99 highway MPGe.
The 2025 Nissan LEAF gets boosted efficiency and range with Eco Mode, which works by converting braking energy into a charge for your battery—and it is made possible by using B-mode on downhills. The Nissan LEAF S includes a standard 40-kWh battery pack that delivers instant acceleration, while an available larger 60-kWh battery on the Nissan LEAF SV PLUS adds more power for an exhilarating driving experience. Using the 50 kW Quick Charge Port, LEAF S can charge up to 80% in approximately 40 minutes with the 40-kWh battery, while the available larger 60-kWh battery enables LEAF SV PLUS to charge up to 80% in approximately 60 minutes.
The all-electric 2025 Nissan LEAF is ready to help you get the most of every journey with three different charging options, including available Level 3 480-V Public DC Quick Charging and 240-V Home and Public Charging for compatibility at Level 2 public chargers. With 120-V Standard Outlet Charging, the Nissan LEAF includes a portable charge cable that enables you to temporarily plug into a standard 120-V outlet for a convenient Level 1 charge.
